Usability Testing Workshop

Our Regional Office in Thailand was launching a new health product targeted for females aged 40. This product was intended to be sold digitally via a mobile website. Since the end users were local thai, we decided to empower the local teams by conducting a training on “How to Conduct Usability Testing” so that they could conduct their own testing.

As a design evangelist I took this opportunity to empower them with a deeper understanding of design thinking processes. These workshops serve as a bridge between our design team’s expertise and the various product teams within our organization. By infusing design thinking principles into their individual product development processes, we not only enhance the user experience but also foster a culture of user-centric innovation. Through these workshops, our stakeholders learn to empathize with end-users, brainstorm creative solutions, and iterate based on user feedback, ultimately driving more effective and user-friendly products across the board. This collaborative approach set our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
